great location lovely staff clean room

the location is amazing, so close to paddington station. the staff were so lovely, always smiling and ready to help. the room was cleaned daily and the towels were refreshed. i had breakfast one morning and it was a treat.

the room did get a little warm at times

I found the location near paddington station convenient. The proximity made airport transfers simple. the staff were helpful, specifically with storing luggage both before check-in and after check-out. i also appreciated the availability of complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby.

the staff was very nice. i received a complimentary breakfast as a courtesy. the location is near paddington station. it is only meters away.

the location was acceptable, being close to transport links.

The room was small, and barely fit my luggage. the heating was excessive. Staff seemingly failed to open any windows, despite the weather outside. mold on the bathroom ceiling and flaking paint gave the space an unpleasant, unhygienic look.
